I have come to the conclusion that women should not try to obtain masculine traits in order to compete with their male colleagues and competitors. We should embrace the way we move in life, each of us with our own unique dance and color, our sensitivity, intuition, vulnerability, assertiveness, wisdom, awareness, complexity and warmth.
For me, Women’s Day is a time to look in the mirror and remember that the love and compassion I share with myself, with my loved ones, and with the world around me, go hand in hand with fulfilling professional tasks I feel proud to accomplish.
