We do not offer refunds.
Final sale are items ending .99 or .95 and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. The only exception is if the item is damaged. A Return Authorization number must be requested within 14 days of the order's delivery date. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and must be accompanied by original tags and original box. All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return, please contact us via email or phone to request a Return Authorization number.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
All orders are shipped from our Brooklyn warehouse, by USPS. Free ground shipping is applied on orders higher than $65, and flat $6.45 rate for purchases of $64 and under. Joyfullook ships only within the US and orders are shipped within 48-72 hours.
Return policy applies to damaged products. An exchange is allowed when items come with manufacturing issues. Please do not send your products until requesting an exchange authorization via email or phone.
Our exchange policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.

Only unused unopened items with the original box will be accepted. Please add your receipt/ your details and any message/email that was communicated before sending the item to our warehouse.
In the case of gifts or exchange of model, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
